Returns and exchanges are available for US orders only.
Window for Returns:
In order to be eligible for a return, your purchase must be received by us within 30 days of the shipment date that is printed on your packing slip. If your purchase is returned between 31-60 days of the shipment date found on your packing slip, you will receive store credit for the items you are returning in new/sellable condition. In order for you to receive an exchange we must receive your purchase within 60 days of the shipment date found on your packing slip.
Return Packaging Requirements:
Please protect the return products with appropriate packaging, like bubble wrap for jewelry or plastic for apparel.
Apparel: Items must be returned unworn/unwashed, in new condition in order to qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Non-Apparel Items: They must be returned with original packaging intact and in new/sellable condition, otherwise they are non-returnable for refunds, exchanges or credits.
If you are returning an order that you received as a gift, you will receive store credit for the amount of the returned item(s).

Shipping Charges on Returns:
Shipping charges will not be refunded on your return unless it is due to an error on the part of SonGear. You will not be refunded for shipping charges if:
