Refund:Have us refund your payment method, minus a $5.99 fee for shipping when you use our shipping label.
Exchanges:It's perfect, just the wrong size or color? We will gladly exchange it as long as the size or color is still in stock.
US Returns & Exchange Policy
Window for Returns:
In order to be eligible for a return, your purchase must be received by us within 30 days of the shipment date that is printed on your packing slip. If your purchase is returned between 31-60 days of the shipment date found on your packing slip, you will receive store credit minus the shipping fee. In order for you to receive an exchange we must receive your purchase within 60 days of the shipment date found on your packing slip.
Return Packaging Requirements:
Please protect the return products with appropriate packaging, like bubble wrap for jewelry or plastic for apparel.
Apparel: Items must be returned unworn, in new condition in order to qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Non-Apparel items: They must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-returnable for refunds, exchanges or credits.
If you are returning an order that you received as a gift, you will receive store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) in your account.
